Our curriculum includes Pre- and Post-Assessments in each student workbook. They are also available online where they are automatically scored. Access the Online Pre- and Post-Assessments here. The assessments offer:

Online surveys to gauge students' knowledge of food before and after teaching a lesson
Students can view their score and check answers immediately after completing the questions
Page 2, "About You", asks for demographic information. These questions are optional. To access all class results, have students complete at minimum Teacher Name and School Name on page 2. Educators can email [email protected] to receive individual student scores.
