Ask a Nutritionist is a nutrition education resource intended to spark dialogue around nutrition. Each episode will feature a guest registered dietitian nutritionist who will use their expertise and the latest in nutrition science and research to address commonly asked questions and myths related to milk and dairy foods, healthy eating patterns and diet trends, and the importance of consuming a balanced, sustainable diet.
A YouTube video series, Ask a Nutritionist is hosted by Dairy Council of California, a nutrition education organization who has championed the health of children and families through the pursuit of healthy eating patterns for more than 100 years.
